Attendance

It is imperative that children develop a positive attitude to school at this early age. Regular attendance really builds on your child’s self-esteem, friendships and access to the learning experiences on offer at nursery. We keep records of attendance and would appreciate it if you would inform us if your child is going to be absent. Please call the school on the day to let us know the reason for absence and when you expect your child to return. If we don’t hear from you we will send you a reminder text to find out the reason for absence.

Young children in their first few months of nursery often pick up coughs and colds, this is normal when missing with larger groups of children. If your child is unwell it is advised to keep them home until they are better.
