Randolph Beresford Early Years Centre federated with Vanessa Nursery School in 2016 to bring together the very best in early education and care to the children in the White City and Shepherds Bush neighborhoods.

The schools are overseen by the Federated Governing Board, including parent governors, who have overall responsibility for ensuring that the school offers the very best standards for early education and care.

The schools have one executive head teacher, Michele Barrett and one business manager, Michelle Hodgkin.

Since federation we are able to better utilize efficiencies in school utilities and allows us to focus the majority of the school’s budget on staff training, recruitment and resources for the children.
